Frazer is seeking a Branch Director to lead the brand-new Chorley branch (PR6 0PH), driving growth, profitability and high service standards. The role oversees a nine-strong team, with a focus on local market understanding, supplier collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

The post requires strong leadership in a civils materials environment, a full driving licence, and a passion for the merchant world.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in civils materials distributor or builders’ merchant environments.
• Strong sales focus with a track record of growth and profitability.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team to meet targets.

Responsibilities
