Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Ipswich and Woodbridge branches. You’ll build meaningful relationships with members, help them choose the right products and services, and support accounts across in-branch, phone, and online channels.

You'll focus on doing what’s right for members, without sales targets, while enjoying flexibility in how you work and opportunities to develop your skills through our training and development plans.
