Alina Homecare Group in Leicester is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a start-up branch of domiciliary homecare. You will be accountable for service quality, regulatory compliance and achieving Outstanding CQC rating.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
• Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
• Strategic planning and business development
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
• Representing the company with external stakeholders
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Leading the senior management team
