Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead services in March, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the performance of the local branch and for building a strong, capable team.

This role requires a proven track record in domiciliary care, CQC leadership, and the ability to drive improvement, growth, and excellent patient outcomes. A full UK driving licence and flexible, on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to build effective external relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.
