Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a Start Up Branch of Domiciliary Homecare in Wimbledon. You will be accountable for service quality and regulatory compliance, aiming for an Outstanding CQC rating.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, P&L management, governance, safeguarding, and developing policies. The role leads the senior management team and represents the company with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Manage all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensure robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Lead on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Represent the company with external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Lead the senior management team.
