Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. is seeking a Branch Care Manager in Chigwell to lead delivery of high-quality home care services. You’ll guide and inspire a local team, ensuring safe, personalised support for customers and strong branch growth.

You’ll work with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and partners, maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Quality, and Customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in care or related services.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (CQC/CIW) and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Able to manage budgets, KPIs and drive business performance.
• Organised and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in using data and systems for decision-making.
• Experience working with third-party providers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead your branch with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, including regular visits, respite and Live-in services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across your services and drive a right first time culture.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing to deliver great outcomes.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support Area Care Manager and leaders by sharing best practice and embedding a culture of excellence.
