Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for the Easingwold branch. You will support customers in person, on the phone and online, handling everyday transactions and guiding them to the right banking services and digital tools.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (35 hours/week) with a 45-minute commute requirement. You’ll join a branch-focused team dedicated to fairer finances, customer-first behaviours and local community impact, with extensive training and ongoing
