Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Holloway branch. This full-time role (35 hours/week, Monday-Saturday) focuses on welcoming customers, handling transactions, and guiding banking products to help customers manage their money confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or banking is beneficial.
• You don’t need banking experience, but a passion for helping customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering trusted, friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, while keeping customer needs, security and fairness front of mind.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that are right for them, helping them manage their money with confidence.
• Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch environment, supporting one another to deliver excellent customer service at peak times.
• Take responsibility for doing things the right way, following processes and escalating concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
