Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Holloway branch in London. This permanent, full-time role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute requirement.

You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, guiding them through everyday banking and digital tools while maintaining high standards of service. We emphasise fairer finances, local community support, and a strong team ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful even if not banking.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience in interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools for banking services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries with accuracy and fairness.
• Guide customers to banking products and digital tools.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service during busy times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
