Rexel UK is seeking a motivated Branch Assistant for our Dunfermline branch, Monday to Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. You will be the face of the Trade Counter, delivering outstanding customer service to trade professionals and the public, while taking ownership of shop displays and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter.
• Manage stock, process orders, and handle stock transfers.
• Serve customers efficiently and professionally.
• Make sales calls to existing and new customers with the sales team.
• Raise quotations and process orders.
• Assist with goods in/out and packing.
• Continually learn about new Rexel products.
