Rexel UK Ltd is seeking a Branch Assistant for the Leeds Denmans branch. You will be the face of the wholesale branch, delivering excellent customer service at the Trade Counter and handling stock, orders, and deliveries.

Join a global electrical wholesaler offering learning opportunities, a performance-based bonus, 33 days leave, and staff discounts. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm or 8am-5pm.

Formación

• Customer service experience and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a busy trade counter and on the shop floor.
• Willingness to learn about product ranges and market trends.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers at the Trade Counter and provide exceptional service.
• Serve walk-in customers and support sales calls with the external team.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads.
• Oversee stock control and assist with deliveries and returns.
• Build product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
