Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Branch Assistant to support operations across the office, front centre and warehouse in Stockport. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and smooth daily branch activities.

You will handle inquiries, quotes and orders, manage PODs, and assist with SAP-based admin, under a temporary ongoing contract with Monday–Friday hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and pay of £13.89 per hour.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Basic IT skills for handling quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Handle quote requests and process customer orders accurately.
• Track POD documentation and provide admin support to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Oversee Click & Collect orders and serve customers at the front desk.
• Pick and pack orders and assist with stock control in the warehouse.
