As Store Manager, you’ll ensure your store is an inspiring place to shop, offering an amazing choice and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. You will lead and motivate a close-knit team, supporting, training, and developing them with the tools needed to exceed sales and profit targets through excellent customer service. As Store Manager, you’ll create business plans and develop your team to increase sales margins. You’ll manage all aspects of your store and constantly seek improvements, aiming for your store and team to be the best. We value ambition and drive.
No two days are the same; you might be getting creative or assisting with traders, lifting tiles, or putting away deliveries.
You have retail experience with full P&L responsibility and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and financial results. You understand that sales stem from service and prioritize excellent customer experiences.
You are commercially aware, with the business acumen to stay ahead of competitors and differentiate your store. You are a passionate, proactive role model, capable of leading your team through clear leadership, coaching, and people management.
