About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our Heritage Bank, Warwick Branch.

As a Branch Manager, you are aligned with the organizational strategy of being passionate about helping people. You will have the time to do the relationship-building activities that make a genuine difference to our customers (we call them “members”), ensuring that you are well placed to deliver personalized and appropriate services and products to support their goals and needs. A key focus is the ongoing skill development of your team through positive, consultative, and comprehensive coaching and leadership. You will also be responsible for contributing to our success through business development and community engagement.

Your existing skills and experience will be complemented by a range of in-house training programs that will ensure you are fully competent in all transactional functions, have a robust understanding of all compliance requirements, and a comprehensive knowledge of Heritage Bank’s range of services and products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch and fostering a positive customer service experience.
  • Developing and coaching team members to achieve the team's strategic goals while completing operational tasks.
  • Completing in-house training to be fully competent in all transactional functions, compliance, and Heritage Bank’s products and services.

About you:

We are seeking leaders driven by achieving positive customer outcomes. You should be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. Experience in cash handling, reconciliation, digital systems, and customer service, along with prior banking experience, is highly regarded.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
