MGM Timber, part of the Donaldson Group, is recruiting a Branch Administrator to join our Dundee team. This role focuses on smooth day-to-day branch operations, including records, administrative support for staff and customers, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will be responsible for processing deliveries, handling calls, banking duties and supporting the team with data entry and reporting. A flexible, proactive mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Process delivery lines accurately and timely.
• Answer the telephone and direct calls.
• Daily banking duties.
• Support branch staff with administrative tasks such as filing order/delivery paperwork, data entry and report generation.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Provide backup for other administrative functions as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the branch.
