Gi Group is seeking a Brake Press Setter Operator in Coventry on a permanent morning shift. This full-time role offers stability, a supportive team, and the chance to work with precision‑engineered sheet metal components.

You will set and operate brake press machinery, interpret drawings, perform quality checks, adjust tooling, and collaborate with the production team to meet schedules while maintaining a safe, clean workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Brake Press Setter/Operator.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Experience in sheet metal or fabrication environment preferred.
