Brainkind seeks a Rehabilitation Support Worker at Graham Anderson House in Glasgow. You will provide personalised support to adult residents, following individual plans to help them gain independence in daily living activities.

We welcome experienced carers; the role includes day and night shifts, a competitive rate of £14.09 per hour, and a range of benefits including 33 days leave, pension, and health plans.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months UK experience.
• Strong empathy and resilience to support residents through rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and literacy skills.
• Enjoy teamwork and delivering high-quality care.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support following individual plans to help residents gain independence.
• Support with personal hygiene, meals, exercise, leisure, and daily routines.
• Organise varied activities including art, crafts, sports, gardening, and outings.
• Promote independence and motivate residents to achieve goals.
