Brainkind in Glasgow is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide personalised support to adult residents on a pathway to independent living, following individual plans and developing daily living skills such as hygiene, meals, and mobility.

No prior specific experience required; personality and values matter. We offer comprehensive training, flexible shifts, and a supportive team in a charity focused on brain injury rehabilitation across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Train to provide personalised support to adult residents.
• Follow individual support plans to meet needs and aspirations.
• Develop independent living skills: hygiene, meals, exercise, leisure, socialising.
• Organise activities: art, crafts, music, sports, shopping, college and employment.
• Support residents through rehabilitation with empathy and teamwork.
