Job summary

Brainkind is seeking a Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our Garforth team. You will support individuals with acquired brain injuries, helping them regain independence through guided activities, personal care, and daily living skills.

No prior care experience is required as we provide full induction and specialist training. You will work as part of a caring team in Daniel Yorath House, contributing to person-centred plans and helping residents move forward on their rehabilitation

Qualifications

• No prior care or support experience required; full induction and specialist training provided.
• Working in brain injury rehabilitation is different from other support roles; you’ll be guided and coached.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with rehabilitation goals and daily activities.
• Assist with personal care as required by residents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement person-centred care plans.
