Loom Talent is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator in Bradford (BD4) for a consolidation centre operator, working at the heart of their day-to-day warehousing and distribution activity for a major UK retailer. This site-based, office role involves coordinating day-to-day logistics from the office, tracking stock and dispatch, and managing stakeholder relationships across departments to keep fulfilment running smoothly.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with a salary of £29,100.

Qualifikationen

• Computer literate, with at minimum intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and different departments, and handling customer queries professionally.
• Experience working with transport and coordinating deliveries or collections.
• Able to prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload.
• A strong cultural fit for a small, collaborative, friendly team with a positive sense of humour, comfortable working closely and communicating daily with warehouse-based colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating day-to-day logistics activity from the office, working closely with the warehousing team to track stock, orders and dispatch
• Managing stakeholder relationships and liaising with different departments across the business, as well as acting as a day-to-day point of contact for a major UK retailer as the key customer
• Working with transport providers to arrange and coordinate deliveries and collections to schedule
• Prioritising and managing a varied workload across multiple orders, requests and deadlines, while maintaining accurate records and reporting using MS Excel
