Qualifications

Job description

Bradford Cyrenians provides a range of supported housing for vulnerable communities; our services are flexible and user-led, with a focus on prevention, enabling individuals to take control of their lives. We are recruiting for a Property Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality, high standard supported accommodation provision to vulnerable communities whilst promoting H&S standards/safeguarding across our organisation. Working flexibly between the hours of 9.00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary - £30,000- £31,000 depending on experience

The candidate needs to be highly motivated and have the enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of vulnerable communities whilst overseeing the intensive housing management (IHM) functions being delivered across Bradford Cyrenians accommodation services.

The successful candidate will be the safeguarding and health & safety lead for Bradford Cyrenians conducting health & safety visits to properties and liaising with our landlord partners when taking on new properties ensuring all housing standards and compliance are met.
