Bradford Cyrenians seeks a Property Services Manager to oversee intensive housing management across its accommodation services. The role emphasizes safeguarding and health & safety leadership, ensuring high housing standards and compliance across properties in Bradford.

The successful candidate will engage with landlords, conduct property visits, and promote safe, compliant housing environments for vulnerable communities. A full induction and peer mentoring programme are provided.

Qualifications

• CIH in IHM or willing to study Level 4 CIH in IHM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intensive housing management (IHM) across Bradford Cyrenians accommodation services.
• Act as safeguarding and health & safety lead; conduct health & safety visits to properties.
• Liaise with landlord partners to ensure housing standards and compliance across all properties.
