We have an exciting opportunity for a Box Office Assistant to join the team at Lochgelly Centre, working 32 hours over a four-week period. The role includes evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to support events and performances.
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you’ll provide a warm, welcoming, and efficient service, helping to create a positive experience for everyone who visits the Centre. Working as part of the Box Office team, you’ll be involved in a variety of duties including ticket sales, cash handling, responding to venue and event enquiries, processing bookings, and providing information about OnFife’s services and activities.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play an important part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting the day-to-day operation of the Centre, and contributing to the ongoing success and development of OnFife.

You will have experience of working in a busy customer service environment and working with the public. Previous experience of cash handling and reconciliation procedures is essential. Previous box office or reception experience and experience of delivering a high level of customer
service is desirable.
You will be a friendly, cheerful person who puts the customer first, strives to provide an excellent experience to customers and visitors and who has a can-do attitude. You should be able to work independently, and well as part of a team.
