Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Manchester is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique, inspire a small team and own daily operations. You’ll hire and coach staff, manage stock and performance, and ensure superb customer experiences that reflect our brand.

You’ll balance people leadership with business targets, staying adaptable during busy periods and weekends. This role rewards growth, onboarding, and a strong team culture within a premium retail environment.

Build strong teams

• Hire new talent and coach your team members to win as a team. With you around, talent grows, and sales numbers climb.

Manage operations & Spot opportunities

• Handle day-to-day operations: from counting cash to managing stock, all while following our safety and style guidelines.
• Spot opportunities, make plans that boost our sales, and keep customers happy and colleagues engaged.

Create amazing customer experiences

• Build lasting customer connections by remembering faces, favourites, and sensing what newcomers will love.
