Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Manchester is seeking a Store Manager to lead a boutique team and run the shop like it’s their own. You’ll hire, coach, and motivate staff while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and adherence to brand standards.

In this role you’ll balance daily operations with big-picture planning, drive sales, and create a cohesive, luxury shopping environment. Nights, evenings, and weekend shifts are required.

Build strong teams

• Hire new talent and coach your team members to win as a team. With you around, talent grows, and sales numbers climb.

Manage operations & Spot opportunities

• Handle day-to-day operations: from counting cash to managing stock, all while following our safety and style guidelines.

Create amazing customer experiences

• Build lasting customer connections by remembering faces, favourites, and sensing what newcomers will love.
