We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our client's standalone boutique in London's luxury shopping area.

Our client is a market leader in beautiful timepieces, ranked among the top brands globally, with a significant increase in market share driven by innovation and heritage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10 staff
• Manage CRM processes, events, and clienteling
• Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Proven ability in people development, team motivation, and fostering a positive performance culture

Compensation:

Basic salary between 50-55K with uncapped commission. OTE based on current store performance is around 65-70K.
