How will you make an impact?

Assistant Boutique Manager, Harrods - Jewellery

(Permanent, Full Time)

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in managing the Buccellati concession within Harrods. Your key responsibilities include driving sales, enhancing client relationships, and maintaining high standards of client service. You will implement local strategies, motivate the team, and represent the Buccellati brand professionally. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you will take full responsibility for the boutique's operations.

How will you make an impact:

• Drive the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Implement business development strategies and action plans.
• Analyze sales results and identify growth opportunities.
• Support CRM strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Assess market opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Team Management & Development:

• Support, motivate, and develop Sales Associates through coaching and training.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate targets and best practices.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, commissions, and absences.
• Support new staff integration.

Client Experience & Relationships:

• Ensure an exceptional, personalized client experience.
• Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating luxury service standards.
• Address client complaints professionally and promptly.

Concession Operations:

• Support cost control, ensure procedural compliance, and collaborate with the Mayfair team.

Brand & Product Knowledge:

• Maintain deep knowledge of brand and products, promote service tools, and adhere to security protocols.

Brand Representation:

• Uphold the Buccellati image through professional conduct, boutique upkeep, and staff presentation.

Experience & Skills:

• Deputy management experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
