The Bedford Hotel Belfast, a prestigious boutique hotel in the heart of Belfast, invites you to join as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will contribute to breakfast and lunch service in The Nineteen Hundred Restaurant and Café Bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver breakfast and lunch service with warmth and consistency.
• Take orders, communicate with kitchen/bar, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
