Job summary

Cartier in London seeks an Ambassador to warmly welcome clients, manage waiting times and ensure they are cared for efficiently within the boutique.

You will support Sales Associates during a sale and participate in daily boutique operations, including client service, stock coordination, and packaging duties. Fluency in English and a strong team spirit are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage waiting times while ensuring the highest level of courtesy.
• Assist Sales Associates during sales and support daily boutique operations.
• Coordinate with various teams (Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers) as needed.
• Wrap gifts, manage packaging area, and accompany clients to exit.
• Support set-up and breakdowns, and help implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.

JOB MISSION

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensures that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist the Sales Associates during a sale and participates to daily boutique operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management

• Upholds the Cartier image by always maintaining professional demeanour
• Provides a consistent excellent client experience by providing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Welcomes and greets the client upon arrival in the boutique and/or boutique area.
• Manage client waiting times, direct the clients towards a waiting area and ensures that the client is being taken care of by a member of the Hospitality team (if relevant).
• Provides information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
• Ensures the client flow is smooth within the boutique

Sales Assistance

• Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers, etc.
• Gift wrapping and management of the packaging area
• Accompanies the clients to the door upon departure
• Assists with Care Service duties (bringing pieces, etc.) without handling with payments

Daily Boutique Operations

• Ensures the overall boutique environment is impeccable
• Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
• Support with stock inventories, price labelling
• Participates to the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
• Participates to the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Order boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.)
