The role of the Bouncer is to deliver a world-class experience and big-time fun for jumpers, climbers, and fun-seekers from toddlers to teens and adults. Ensuring safety is paramount; through a solid knowledge and execution of industry and business standards and procedures, you will ensure everyone has fun in a safe and secure environment.

The Bouncer's role is to consistently engage with customers, delivering games, competitions, activities, and events that encourage repeat visits. These activities include SEN sessions, ensuring every child has a great experience with Oxygen. Bouncers will also be the heroes during themed events, creating an exciting atmosphere, engaging with customers, and ensuring everyone has a brilliant time. Comfort being on the microphone and being the center of attention, as well as dancing skills, are a bonus!
