A leading hospitality company is seeking a Night Porter to manage hotel operations overnight. The role includes overseeing guest services, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards. Successful candidates may progress to supervisory roles. Competitive pay and generous benefits are offered.
Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.50 per Hour plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours per Week

The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands-on role managing guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
As guests sleep soundly, the Night team keeps everything running smoothly. Your role as Night Porter will involve managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests in a friendly manner, maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. The role requires organization and excellent communication skills.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexibility in shifts and contracted hours which can be discussed at interview. We are busier during evenings and weekends.
