Night Porter, Hotel du Vin

The Night Porter is responsible for overseeing the hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role involves managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards.
While guests sleep, the Night team ensures everything runs smoothly. Your duties include managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests in a friendly manner, keeping public areas clean, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. Organizational skills and excellent communication are essential.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shift patterns. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift details will be discussed at interview.
