Job summary

Pernod Ricard is hiring a Bottling Hall Scheduler on a fixed term contract (12 months) to align the Bottling & Blending supply chain with internal teams, suppliers and third parties. The role focuses on materials planning, capacity management and production coordination to meet the supply plan.

You will join Pernod Ricard’s Chivas Brothers operation in Scotland, working across Production, Materials Planning and Dry Goods teams to ensure efficient schedules, stock usage and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, planning, scheduling or manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of cross-functional supply chain processes, including suppliers and compliance (HMRC).
• Experience using ERP systems or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan Materials and capacity for delivery; secure Dry Goods capacity.
• Coordinate production schedules; attend daily meetings and manage risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and supplier performance using DIR and weekly reviews.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Materials Planning and Dry Goods teams.
