Job summary

The role requires close coordination with production teams, the Supply Planning Manager, material planning, and other departments to meet operational goals.

You will participate in daily planning, monitor schedules, adjust as needed, and be on-site to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Planning role within FMCG environment.
• Understand end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes and associated interdependencies and constraints.
• Confident using planning software and ERP systems; experience with Excel and specialist planning tools would be helpful.
• Can process and manage large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and deliver the production schedule, supporting teams to deliver on time and adjust as required.
• Daily Planning Operations: Participate in daily planning meetings to review progress and resolve constraints.
• On-Site Monitoring: Be on site to monitor execution and address disruptions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Liaise between production floor and planning teams to ensure alignment.
• Process Improvement and Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records and generate reports on production performance.
