About Our Client

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing payroll, debt chasing, and ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner. You will also handle supplier payments and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Other duties will include:

  • Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Chase outstanding debts and manage collections in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all invoices are paid promptly and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Process payments to suppliers in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies related to payroll, invoices, and supplier payments.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets as required.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Support internal audits and resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, employees, and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support Directors and other staff.

The Successful Applicant

You will have proven experience in a general accounts role with excellent skills across all accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions. You will have the ability to work well in a small team environment and have a pro-active approach that works well with senior members of the business.
