The role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual with strong organisational and time management skills, committed to delivering top-quality service. We offer training support for professional exams (ACA, CTA, ACCA) and provide in-house training and development. Within our small, supportive team, you'll quickly acquire new skills and gain valuable experience in international tax and accounting.

As part of our Tax and Accounting team, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of compliance activities, including monthly payrolls, quarterly VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts. You will also contribute to advisory projects, gaining valuable exposure to international tax matters. We offer comprehensive training support for professional qualifications (ACA, CTA, ACCA) and a clear path for career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Support accounting and tax compliance efforts, ensuring timely completion of:

Monthly management accounts

Year-end statutory accounts

VAT advice and filing

·Assist with practice administration tasks

·Participate in meetings and other events

·Conduct AML checks and due diligence on new clients

·Support the onboarding of new clients

·Assist with research for tax advisory projects

About you:

·Fluent in German (required)

·Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred)

·Results-driven with strong analytical and communication skills

·High attention to detail and excellent time management

·Motivated to develop your career in international tax and accounting
