We are delighted to be supporting a busy, local community centre in their search for a Bookings Officer to oversee the entire bookings process for the hall and meeting rooms. This is an administrative position that will see you liaising with multiple parties, handling all bookings correspondence and having an onsite presence to promote the venue.
This role requires someone that lives locally in Burgess Hill and is highly reliable. Due to the flexible nature of this role, you will need to be very responsible; entrusted with keeping on top of all enquiries and bookings procedures, for at least an hour, every 1-2 days. This is an important role for the business, and excellent attention to detail is essential. This will be a highly administrative role requiring high accuracy levels and organisational skills with multiple bookings happening simultaneously, several times a day.
The successful candidate will also need to be available to visit the venue to open up for adhoc bookings, as well as provide tours to prospective customers, so living locally is essential.
