The Clerical Officer provides efficient and effective administrative support to clinical and operational teams within Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient services. The role involves managing patient-related administration, including processing referrals, booking appointments, maintaining accurate electronic patient records, handling telephone and email enquiries, and supporting waiting list management in line with NHS policies and national standards. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the Clerical Officer helps ensure patients receive timely care while maintaining confidentiality, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the Trust's commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
