As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team has everything they need so service runs smoothly! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
