Location: Cleethorpes Pearl Holiday Park

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week; some weekends required

Salary: Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £55,000

Location: Cleethorpes Pearl, Cleethorpes

Hours of Work: Variable Hours - Fixed Term Contract (Evenings and Weekends required)

Salary: £13.01 per hour

What we need in a nutshell

We love creating exciting dining concepts across our locations and finding talented chefs to take them forward. In this Kitchen Team Leader role, you will be preparing and cooking for a busy restaurant and helping to manage a team of Line Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, and Kitchen Porters.

You will be in the thick of the action with your team, ensuring that meals are prepped, cooked, and served to our standards, delivering delight to our guests. Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the kitchen management team in overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation and being the main point of contact on shift
2. Preparing and cooking meals with the assistance of Line Chefs and Kitchen Assistants, ensuring team compliance with dish specifications
3. Controlling food margins through effective stock management
4. Championing health and safety and hygiene policies to ensure safety of team and guests
5. Identifying development needs of team members and providing coaching and support

Holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

We seek an enthusiastic team player with a passion for food, demonstrating:

1. At least Level 2 Hygiene Certificate
2. Experience working as a chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
3. Experience of stock control and ordering
4. Exceptional communication and organizational skills
5. An eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet
6. Resilience under pressure

It’s a bonus if you have worked in a busy kitchen on a holiday park and have supervisory experience.
