Job summary

The Berkeley, part of Maybourne Hotel Group, invites applications for a Back of House support role within our luxury hotel in London. You will assist in stock control, order fulfilment, waste management and daily department operations, ensuring high standards across the guest journey.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Back of House Manager to conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies and actions.
• Implement and maintain efficient systems for order fulfilment and timely delivery of products.
• Support management of waste and recycling to keep costs in line with business demands.
• Ensure contracted BOH agency time limits are adhered to and communicated by the BOH Manager.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of all inventory items.
• Assist in day-to-day running of the back of house department and support other hotel departments.
• Ensure newly trained agency staff adhere to working standards and protocols at all times.
