The Berkeley, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group in London, seeks a Back of House Support role to help manage stock, orders and day-to-day BOH operations. You will work closely with the BOH team to uphold standards and ensure smooth service across departments.

Formación

• Experience in stock control and order fulfilment preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple hotel departments as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the BOH Manager with stock takes and discrepancy reporting.
• Implement and maintain efficient systems for orders and deliveries.
• Support waste management to control costs and comply with council demands.
• Ensure agency staff follow working standards and protocols at all times.
• Oversee receipt, storage and issue of inventory items.
• Support day-to-day running of the back of house and other hotel departments.
