Job summary

Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Back of House (BOH) Associate to join the London retail team, reporting directly to the Inventory Specialist. This role supports inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product maintenance.

Key duties include daily stock replenishments, stockroom upkeep, processing deliveries, and contributing to weekly stock reports. Collaboration with merchandising teams will aid floor moves and visual updates throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and stock handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory replenishments.
• Maintain back of house and stockroom standards.
• Assist with managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt.
• Support with the creation of weekly stock management reports.
• Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency.
• Assist reviews of stock flow and storage processes.
• Support management with cycle counts and stock takes.
• Support merchandising teams in floor moves and visual merchandising updates.
