Gloo has a fantastic opportunity for a Bodyshop Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the bodyshop team. This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to progress or move into management within an automotive bodyshop and work within a large UK company with operations across the country.

The Role:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
2. Collaborating closely with the Bodyshop Manager to ensure daily tasks are completed correctly and standards are maintained.
3. Tracking vehicle progress and ensuring production targets are met.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Understanding of the operation of an automotive bodyshop.
2. Knowledge of repair methods and procedures within an automotive bodyshop.
3. Self-motivated, driven, and approachable.
4. Full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
