This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists at our busy site in Huddersfield.

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our Bodyshop. Your responsibilities include booking customer cars for repairs, preparing job cards and files, maintaining paperwork systems, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and collecting payments.

Our Bodyshops are fast-paced and offer opportunities to make a significant impact using your expertise. The key goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by liaising between customers, the Bodyshop, and third parties to deliver first-class service. You should have excellent customer-facing skills, strong administration abilities, and IT proficiency. A full UK Manual driving licence is required to be part of the team.
