Job summary

Hartwell PLC in Scunthorpe is seeking a Bodyshop Panel Beater with at least 3 years’ experience in a busy bodyshop. The role offers £50,000 OTE and overtime with a flexible working rota.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently within a team, show strong organisation, and have good interpersonal and communication skills. Hartwell provide 22 days holiday, a pension scheme, and staff discounts.

• Carry out body repairs efficiently, skilfully and safely.

We now have an opportunity for a Bodyshop Panel Beater to join our team in Scunthorpe.

Key responsibilities of the Bodyshop Panel Beater:

• To carry out body repairs in an efficient, skilful and safe manner.
• Identify area to be worked on, plan work to ensure vehicles are ready when promised, in line with customer requirements.
• Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications.
• Repair the vehicle right first time to eliminate wastage.
• Work over 100% efficiency.
