HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater for our client in Scunthorpe. The role focuses on repairing vehicle bodies to manufacturer standards with the aim of delivering high-quality results within a busy service centre.

The package includes a salary between £45,885.84 and £50,057.28 per year, plus an uncapped monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with generous annual leave and pension options.

Formación

• Experience as Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Technician to join our client's busy accident repair centre in Scunthorpe.

The Role - Panel Technician

• Carrying out vehicle body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards.
• Assessing accident damage and identifying suitable repair methods.
• Removing, repairing and refitting vehicle body panels and associated components.
• Completing structural and non-structural panel repairs where required.
• Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Working alongside Paint and MET Technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.

Requirements - Panel Technician / Panel Beater

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
• Experience working within an accident repair centre or automotive bodyshop.
• Strong vehicle panel repair, replacement and removal/refitting skills.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• The ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment.
• A proactive and team-focused approach.
• ATA, NVQ Level 2 or 3, IMI or equivalent automotive body repair qualifications would be advantageous.
