Perfect Placement is recruiting for a highly skilled Panel Beater to join a reputable workshop in Scunthorpe. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with initial day shifts (Mon-Fri 8:30–5) and later evening shifts (Mon-Fri 2:00–10:00).

Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable automotive repair workshop in Scunthorpe. The Panel Beater role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established company that values its staff and provides a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time Panel Beater position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career progression.

• Competitive basic salary ranging from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum, with an OTE of up to £50,057
• Uncapped monthly bonus scheme with an average guaranteed bonus when on holiday
• Full-time, 40-hour week shift pattern with full training provided
• Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), shifting to evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Panel Beating and Repair
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
