Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern accident repair processes and Bodyshop operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage performance and profitability.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and workflow of the Bodyshop to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and Bodyshop staff.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and financial targets.
• Manage repair volumes and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain relationships with customers, insurers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards, quality procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, safe and well-organised working environment.
