Bodyshop Manager – Accident Repair Bodyshop

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Manage the on‑site team at the Harrow site, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators and administrative staff.
• Understand the business needs, accounts, reports and KPIs, and effectively manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability.
• Actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships.
• Deal with any customer issues and ensure time is prioritised for interviewing to fill open vacancies swiftly.
• Plan workload to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales, working skillfully and safely under pressure and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Motivate your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly site targets.
• Lead and work as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision, staying flexible and continually striving to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
